Michelle, founding broker of Realist Realty, has been in love with the real estate industry since helping her first client find their dream home. She is a full time working broker, and makes herself available to clients 24/7. She's even been known to answer calls as early as 2:00am, because she understands her out of state/country clients are not always available during normal business hours. In her time as an agent, Michelle has successfully closed numerous transactions, and has experienced many real estate situations which lent themselves to furthering her knowledge of the industry. She has worked with first time home buyers, sellers, investors, HUD home buyers, and has seen her clients through appraisal issues, home repair negotiations, and multiple offer situations. Her goal through it all is to simply make sure her clients are smiling at the end.
Michelle is a resident of Pegram, the same small town in which she was raised. She graduated from Harpeth High School in 2000, and went on to study Financial and Business Management, as well as Nursing. Michelle put her education on hold as she began a new adventure in 2003, when she married Ronnie and took on the role of stepmom to 3 amazing boys, Ryan, Aaron, and Austen. In 2006 and 2008 her family grew by 2 when she and Ronnie were blessed with their daughter Kendall and son Colt. She considers herself lucky to
have experienced being a stay-at-home mom until they reached school age, at which point she welcomed a new role in the workforce. Since then she secured her position as Office Manager for her husband's renovation company, while also working as Payroll and Accounts Payable Coordinator for a Brentwood based restaurant franchisee and property management company. In 2014, Michelle decided it was time for yet another adventure, where upon she completed real estate school and found her true passion. She has put all of her time and energy into building her client base, and further educating herself. Together with being a Real Estate Broker, Michelle has certification as an Accredited Buyer's Representative, a New-Home Construction and Buyer Representative, as well as being an active member of The Robertson County Association of Realtors. Thanks to her amazing clients, Michelle became a Million Dollar Producer in 2016, and hopes to continue the trend in years to come.
